We take security extremely seriously and our on-line ordering system is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Privacy

We share only required customer details with couriers for the purpose of delivery. We do not pass any customer details on to any other third parties.

Avionic Watches accepts the return of any item purchased from the online store in the following conditions are met:

• You must notify Avionic of your intention to return an item within 7 days of receipt by emailing Admin@AvionicWatches.com on doing so you will receive a returns reference number that must be included with the returned item.
• The item for return must be received by Avionic within 14 days of issue for UK based orders and 28 days for International order from the date of the returns reference number.
• Each unwanted item must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it was received by you, defining this condition as new, unworn, unaltered and it must be  displayed in its original packaging with all supplied documentation.  For clarification, this includes: -
  • All packaging boxes
  • Instruction book
  • Warranty Card with QR Code
  • Any spare links from altered bracelets.

• Please note: Avionic inspects all products for quality assurance immediately prior to shipping.
• All unwanted items must be returned to: Avionic Watches at the address supplied with the returns reference email.
• Unwanted goods must be returned using a recorded, trackable and insured method.  The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the purchase price you paid.  Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with loss or damage.
• All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any refund or exchange being made.  Disregarding  manufacturing defects if this is the cause for return,  if the watch  is returned damaged and is in need of any refurbishment or parts replacement  the costs associated with any relevant repairs and/or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund due to you.
• You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical as received.  However, please note that Avionic is not obliged to agree to make any exchange.  
• Returns made in accordance with the above will be credited to the original payment method and will be made within 28 days from receipt of return.
